Printoble Inc. (“Printoble”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your personal privacy and safeguarding the intellectual property of every designer, creator, and customer. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, store, and protect information submitted to our platform.
Our policy is straightforward: We do not sell your personal information, and we claim no ownership over your uploaded 3D models.

3. 3D Model & CAD File Confidentiality
We understand that your 3D models and CAD files may represent proprietary inventions, commercial products, or personal projects. We adhere to clear principles:
- Strictly Operational Use: Uploaded files are used solely to generate slice profiles, calculate manufacturing estimates, and execute your physical order.
- No Public Distribution: We will never sell, license, share, or display your private designs to any third party without explicit written authorization.
- No AI Training: Your 3D models and geometry meshes are never used to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
- Data Purging: Temporary slicing geometry and mesh files can be deleted from our storage upon completion of your order or upon request.
4. How We Use Information
- To generate digital asset download tokens and grant access to purchased .3MF and .STL files.
- To schedule and produce physical prints through our print farm network.
- To send essential transactional notifications, including order confirmations, receipts, and shipment tracking links.
- To maintain account security and prevent unauthorized access or fraud.
- To provide dedicated customer support and handle inquiries or reprint requests.
5. Third-Party Services & Integrations
We work with reputable, industry-standard service providers to deliver our core capabilities:
Razorpay and Stripe process card, netbanking, and UPI payments under PCI-DSS compliance.
Couriers receive delivery addresses and phone numbers solely for dispatching physical packages.
Google OAuth enables secure single sign-on without sharing third-party account passwords.
Authenticated SMTP services deliver order receipts and download tokens reliably.
7. Security & Encryption Standards
All communications between your browser and our servers are encrypted via Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3). Digital 3D model files are stored in access-controlled object storage with restricted signed URL access. Administrative access to backend infrastructure is protected by multi-factor authentication and strict access controls.
8. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You maintain complete rights over your personal information. At any time, you may:
- Request an export copy of your account profile and order transaction records.
- Request the deletion of uploaded custom STL and CAD model files from our servers.
- Request account closure and personal data erasure in compliance with applicable data privacy laws.
